Journey map of contextual micro-moments in the user journey to pinpoint customer needs




Challenge:

The Cox Media Group radio unit needed to evolve digital aspects of the brand to connect with consumer needs.


Role: UX Information Architect


Responsible for:

UX research to create a journey map about how consumers interact with the product; identifying contextual micro-moments, pain points, and opportunities for innovation across platforms.


Process:

  • I conducted stakeholder interviews & documented findings
  • I analyzed research for actionable insights
  • I held brainstorming sessions with the UX team to review and discuss feedback, pain points, & recommendations
  • I worked with a visual designer to ensure the journey map visually outlined opportunities to win brand loyalty

 

Results / Data Analysis / Actionable Insights:

Posters of the journey map -- with research, data, & analysis -- for product managers, business stakeholders, and radio station offices.
